- Interact with customer and complete the assigned project successfully along with the greater customer satisfaction.
- The candidate is required to provide the required technical support on an IdM technology for multiple projects within the organization and help get the Junior Consultants to Implementation Consultants.
- Providing information security consultancy on Identity Management Aspects
- Provide assistance in architecting and design of technical security solutions to meet client requirements for the team
- Abiltiy to explain Information Security in terms of business risk
- There would be a requirement to travel ONSITE based on the customer location.
- Good Knowledge of MS Active Directory/LDAP
- Good understanding of User Administration on Systems/Applications
- Gather and understand overall client IdM business requirements/objectives
- Ability to analyze and understand client environment and architecture
- Implement and configure IdM components
- Test and troubleshoot IdM components
- Ability to develop custom deliverables and reports to meet client business requirements
- Atleast 1 IdM Implementation experience ONSITE with team/independently
- Significant workflow development using TIM workflow engine
- Significant TDI development creating custom TDI code as needed to accomplish customization tasks.
- Develop applications to transform and load data into LDAP: from RACF, SQLServer, DB2, Flat Files, Web Services, Active Directory and custom in house .net Applications.
- Develop applications to load data from LDAP into Flat Files, and Active Directory.
- Monitor LDAP ChangeLog to capture changes to trigger TDI application to process data.
- Develop applications to change and update LDAP Dynamic Groups
- Develop front-end user interfaces for identity workflow applications.
- Support the implementation of an Enterprise Identity and Access Management solution Perform additional duties as needed to supplement the team’s activities.

Candidate Profile
- Understanding of J2EE, XML and HTML
- Hands-on project experience with IBM Tivoli Identity Manager and Tivoli Directory Integrator
- Strong JavaScript writing and reading skills
- Experience in modifying system parameters
- Reading, interpreting, and creating regular expressions
- Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP)
- Working knowledge of Web protocols (Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) and Extensible Markup Language (XML)
- Working knowledge and experience in JavaScript, Java Coding, SQL, DB2, Web Services, LDAP, XML, Active Directory, TIM, and TDI, J2EE experience a strong plus.
- Basic operating-system administration for Windows 2003 server
- Experience in competing Identity Management products a plus, Oracle, BMC, Sun
- Specific training and certifications is a plus
- Implement and configure IDM
Technical Skills:

- RSA - Clear trust
